Smart pool cars allows companies using traditional pool cars to equip them with the Arval car sharing solution in order to digitalise the entry to the pool vehicles thanks to the keyless technology, ease everyday management of their pool’s fleet, expand the use of a given fleet to more people and gain efficiency

Arval’s activity continued to develop well in the first half of 2022 thanks to the quality of its services and the strength of its business model: the leased fleet grew by 5.9% compared to the end of June 2021reaching 1,500,536 vehicles despite longer delivery time for new cars in connection with the shortage of semi-conductors and a challenging overall context in the automotive sector.

Arval announces today that its Dutch subsidiary Arval B.V. has signed an agreement for the acquisition of Terberg Business Lease Group B.V. (TBLG) from its shareholders Royal Terberg Group and AutoBinck Group.

In 2018, Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) vehicles accounted for 95 % of all passenger car registrations.
