Arval’s activity continued to develop well in the first half of 2022 thanks to the quality of its services and the strength of its business model: the leased fleet grew by 5.9% compared to the end of June 2021reaching 1,500,536 vehicles despite longer delivery time for new cars in connection with the shortage of semi-conductors and a challenging overall context in the automotive sector.

Arval announces today that its Dutch subsidiary Arval B.V. has signed an agreement for the acquisition of Terberg Business Lease Group B.V. (TBLG) from its shareholders Royal Terberg Group and AutoBinck Group.

In this context, Arval’s Operating Office has been extended and reorganised with Stefano Berlenghi, former Arval Global Operations Director, becoming Arval Chief Operating Officer and Bertrand Gousset, previously Arval France Operations Director, being appointed Arval Global Operations Director.
