ARVAL APPOINTS CÉCILE PINET-QUÉNARD AS HEAD OF HUMAN RESOURCES AT THE CORPORATE LEVEL

Cécile Pinet-Quénard is promoted Director of Human Resources at the level of Arval Group. She was previously Head of Human Resources for Arval France.

cecileCécile Pinet-Quénard is appointed Head of Human Resources for Arval Group from 03 April 2024, following 3 years as Head of Human Resources for Arval France. She succeeds Bernard Blanco, who becomes Regional Chief Executive Officer in charge of several entities in the different Arval countries of Arval. Cécile Pinet-Quénard will report to Alain van Groenendael and will join the Executive Committee of Arval. After holding a Master’s degree from the École supérieure de commerce de Lyon (EM Lyon Business school), she spent the majority of her career within the BNP Paribas Group, which she joined in 2008. She was successively in charge of transversal projects within the IT department in Paris, then in charge of coordinating the “Simple & Efficient” transformation and operating efficiency programme for BNP Paribas’ Corporate and Institutional Banking division. In 2015, Cécile Pinet-Quénard left Paris for New York, where she held the position of General Secretary of Human Resources for the North American Investment Bank, before joining Arval.
