The “Global Auto Offer” took top place at BNP Paribas 2016 Group Innovation Awards.  The competition is designed to honour internal entities who have harnessed their creativity and inventiveness to come up with added-value solutions for clients, be they individuals, professionals or Corporates.


The “Global Auto Offer” addresses individuals‘ needs in terms of car usage. Usage evolves with a decreased interest in the ownership of private vehicles, and a quest for simplicity and services.

This change in behaviors has an impact on the cost: for individuals, the monthly cost of using a leased vehicle is much lower than the monthly investment to be made for buying a car. It also makes it more convenient to use through a comprehensive pack of services” explains Ferréol Mayoly, General Manager of Arval SME Solutions France.


The “Global Auto Offer” is a new automotive solution dedicated to individuals through a holistic approach to their needs. To each clients‘ profile a team of experts proposes a personalized solution.

Through a dedicated team, the auto expert advisor explores the opportunity with the client. Depending on his need, the expert proposes either a financial lease or a full service leasing solution.

In case the client chooses the last option, he will start the order with the auto expert team and will then be contacted by the Arval SME Solutions team to finalize the order of the vehicle. Then, Arval will manage the delivery with the car dealer and will provide customers support throughout the life cycle of the vehicle including maintenance and repair.
