Delivery of your new car

If this is your first car with Arval, first of all welcome to our services.

With My Arval you always have information about your lease car at hand, including expected delivery date. From the app you can immediately arrange all sorts of things yourself. My Arval as been specifically developed for smartphones and tablets. You can also use My Arval on your desktop.

The order and delivery process

1)   Arval orders your car and confirms expected (or changed) delivery date
2)   A few days before delivery Arval will contact you to make a delivery appointment
3)   On the delivery date, you will receive your new car, and return your existing car.
