In 2007, Arval, a fully owned subsidiary of BNP Paribas, and TEB Group launched a new entity TEB Arval, specialised in Full Service Leasing. TEB Arval was then 100% owned by TEB Mali Yatirimlar.

 

After two years of activity, Arval enters the capital of TEB Arval by acquiring 50% of the shares of TEB Arval. Moreover, BNP Paribas owns 50% of TEB Mali Yatirimlar.
