Paris, France - Monday 14, November 2011 - To support the development of Arval France, the biggest subsidiary in the group, and following François Piot’s new assignment as Head of Marketing, Arval CEO Philippe Bismut has appointed François-Xavier Castille as General Manager of Arval France. He will report directly to Mr. Bismut.

François-Xavier Castille, age 44, graduated from the Institut Supérieur de Gestion business school in Paris. After various posts at Barclays Bank and Maaf Assurances, he joined Arval France’s Sales Division in 2000 as Territory Manager. In 2002, he took charge of the Strategic Accounts department and the General Management of Dexia full-service leasing, before becoming General Manager of Arval Portugal in 2004. In June 2007, François-Xavier Castille became General Manager of Arval Spain. 

Philippe Bismut, CEO of the Arval group, said in a special word of welcome to François-Xavier: “We are happy to welcome him back in France and look forward to benefiting from the experience he gained in Portugal and Spain, in addition to his past experience with us. It is a great source of wealth for Arval to be able to mix diverse knowledge and skills in this way and thus keep improving.”
