"Founded in 1998 to face market globalisation, the Arval team dedicated to international business represents tangible expertise in building international fleet solutions.

As a matter of fact, the International contracts contributed in 2006 to nearly 20% of the Group’s production. Today, Arval manages over 154 000 vehicles under international framework agreements.

With employees from different nationalities, IBO meets the demand of large international groups wishing to make use of consistent methods for implementing and monitoring the management of their local fleets, in all countries in which they are present. The sales team can also rely on the support functions and the consulting team of experts. "

The IBO focuses on international accounts with a vehicle fleet of at least 500 vehicles.

The Arval International Business Office (IBO) responds to growing market trends towards Procurement Globalisation.

Its purpose is to : 

  • Promote and coordinate multi-country business 
  • Ensure a privileged central point of contact within ARVAL for Global Procurement teams
  • Ensure the implementation and management of international contracts
  • To be in close contact with Arval’s subsidiaries and with the customer’s head office to ensure local delivery of international programmes
  • Coordinate cost optimisation project and improvement programmes with our customers as well as expansion into new countries
  • Arval provides local expertise along with corporate steering in order to ensure global efficiency on all centrally agreed decisions.
