Arval’s approach in this area is focused on disability while also centred on major issues concerning social life.

This is illustrated in different ways:

• True participation with associations helping paralysed individuals and schools for children with disabilities by offering discounts and vehicle loans, financial aid and the provision of equipment, aid, computer donations, etc.
• Much thought has been given and group work centred on how to optimise the recruitment of people with a disability within Arval and client companies.
• Employee participation in major actions: blood donation, telethons, fair trade, etc.
