Mobility
Some fields are mandatoryArval, as it is the case for our parent company, BNP Paribas, pays special attention to the mobility of its employees.
We see it as a source of increasing the skills of our staff, who acquire varied and complete experience, truly a motivation for the personal fulfilment of our employees.
The size of our Company, its strong growth and international coverage enable us to offer a large number of opportunities to members of staff:
- In France and abroad
- Within Arval, or more broadly in the BNP Paribas Group
- In various functions focused on local operations or international transversal activities
This type of mobility can be expressed in terms of staff or geographic movement, or a progressive expansion of responsibilities, according to the employee’s career development. We have, for example, 30 expatriates currently active in the Company’s different entities.
Our HR departments are particularly attentive, at regular career interviews, to the desires expressed by our employees in order to provide a better answer, one that is in line with the Company’s needs.
