Mobility

Arval, as it is the case for our parent company, BNP Paribas, pays special attention to the mobility of its employees.

We see it as a source of increasing the skills of our staff, who acquire varied and complete experience, truly a motivation for the personal fulfilment of our employees.

The size of our Company, its strong growth and international coverage enable us to offer a large number of opportunities to members of staff:

• In France and abroad
• Within Arval, or more broadly in the BNP Paribas Group
• In various functions focused on local operations or international transversal activities

This type of mobility can be expressed in terms of staff or geographic movement, or a progressive expansion of responsibilities, according to the employee’s career development. We have, for example, 30 expatriates currently active in the Company’s different entities.
